This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid plans on vibesflyer.com. VibesFlyer offers a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before paying, and paid plans are sold through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

1. Try before you pay

Our free plan lets you use the core Service at no cost so you can decide whether a paid plan is right for you before you spend anything.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge. This applies both to your initial purchase and to each subsequent renewal charge.

3. How refunds are processed

Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — if you are within the 30-day window and want your money back, request a refund as described below.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@vibesflyer.com from the email address on your account within 30 days of the charge. Include the approximate date of the purchase so we can locate it, and we will process eligible refunds promptly.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
