1. The Service

VibesFlyer is an analytics control plane that connects to analytics and advertising accounts you control and ingests first-party events from properties you operate, then surfaces metrics and automated insights.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the API keys you generate. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
• send us data you are not authorized to collect or share;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
• exceed documented rate limits or otherwise abuse shared infrastructure.

4. Your data and connected accounts

You retain ownership of the data you connect and the events you send. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (storing, processing, and displaying that data). You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to send us end-user data and for your own privacy disclosures.

5. Plans and billing

The Service is currently offered with a free plan. Paid plans may be introduced; if you subscribe to one, the applicable fees and billing terms will be presented at checkout. We will give notice before charging you for anything.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, Telegram). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics and insights are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or delayed; you should not rely on them as the sole basis for material business decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
